Career growth and onsite opportunities? - Career growth is good here. Onsite opportunities are very less.
How is work environment and how efficient is the communication b/w teams or department? - Work environment here is very good. Lots of fun activities and parties etc etc. Regarding efficient communication b/w team members - I sit next to my Project manager and talk a lot with him/her. When there is no work my Tech Lead says - "Come as we don't have work, let's go and play carrom ".
Work pressure/Work - life balance. - Work pressure is less. Nobody stays in office after 7 or 8 pm.and on body comes before 10 am in the office.
Satisfaction with salary and quality of work. - Salary is ok ok. If you want to do work then they will give you good work. It depends on you.
What type of work they do: Product development, Services etc. Or if mix of these then what at percent?- Tavant partly do Product development and partly provide services.
Job security. - If you perform ok then you job is secured. but if you wouldn't perform then nobody will take.
Some positives and negatives of the company.
Positive -
1) Good interaction with Project managers and even with higher post people (eg. CEO, CFO etc).
2). Lots of fun activities.
Negative: 1). It provides less increment.

Yes. Join this company if you want to learn and want to have fun during work.

Hey, in most case a single statement doesn't apply in all cases. In most cases, situation changes very much from project to project and a lot depends upon ur team. The company provides just the interface and u/ ur team make the concrete implementation. So I'll say that most of managers and hence the team is very good and the upper management is always good that's why the company works otherwise it'll not survive.
And a quote, “ Peoples move away from the manager, not from the company.”
