Career growth and onsite opportunities? - Career growth is good here. Onsite opportunities are very less.
How is work environment and how efficient is the communication b/w teams or department? - Work environment here is very good. Lots of fun activities and parties etc etc. Regarding efficient communication b/w team members - I sit next to my Project manager and talk a lot with him/her. When there is no work my Tech Lead says - "Come as we don't have work, let's go and play carrom ".
Work pressure/Work - life balance. - Work pressure is less. Nobody stays in office after 7 or 8 pm.and on body comes before 10 am in the office.
Satisfaction with salary and quality of work. - Salary is ok ok. If you want to do work then they will give you good work. It depends on you.
What type of work they do: Product development, Services etc. Or if mix of these then what at percent?- Tavant partly do Product development and partly provide services.
Job security. - If you perform ok then you job is secured. but if you wouldn't perform then nobody will take.
Some positives and negatives of the company.
Positive -
1) Good interaction with Project managers and even with higher post people (eg. CEO, CFO etc).
2). Lots of fun activities.
Negative: 1). It provides less increment.
